Once you have booked your appointment, you should start to prepare for it.
You should be able to answer the following questions:
- What is the problem?
- How long have you been suffering with the problem?
- What are you looking for from us?
Other things to consider before your appointment:
- List or bring all your medication with you
- Write down all your symptoms (including anything that makes them better or worse)
- Let the practice know if you will need an interpreter
- Let the practice know if you need a chaperone during your appointment
- Allow plenty of time to travel – remember that parking is always difficult
